• gloves (under 8°C)

• Hat - beanie

• sunscreen

• Water bottle ~ 1,5 lt

• Snacks / dried fruit / sandwich

• for those who wish to spend the night in refuge, you should have your own sleeping bag, slippers, & pillow case.

• - Also the refuge Α - {Spilios Agapitos} sell a set (two sheets plus a pillow case) for 8€ and together with the two blankets provided by the refuge you will have a good night's sleep.
