Το καταφύγιο είναι κτισμένο σε ένα μικρό οροπέδιο με υψόμετρο 1700 μέτρων. Με θέα τον Θερμαϊκό και τον Όλυμπο και τριγύρω ένα πανέμορφο πευκοδάσος και την κορυφή Φλάμπουρο 2200m.
Απόσταση: 35 km απο Κατερίνη
Wonderful routes on familiar & unfamiliar paths start from the refuge with the destination of the great peaks of Pieria, with the possibility to reach the ski resort by hiking or mountain bike or skiing!
